2. Personal Belongings:

  1. Upon arrival, it is your responsibility to ensure that your vehicle is empty of all personal belongings that you wish to keep. We recommend removing all valuable items, documents, and personal effects from the vehicle before handing it over for our services.
  2. RHS Valets shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings left inside the vehicle during or after the service. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the removal and safekeeping of personal belongings.

3. Vehicle Condition:

Additional fees may apply to vehicles in severe condition. Such as heavily soiled vehicles, vehicles with algae present or an excess in stains or pet hair.

We also must be informed of any aftermarket modifications, bodywork resprays/failing clearcoat and any underlying issues with the vehicle before we start work on the vehicle. This way we can mitigate making any of this worse.

Please contact us prior to booking if this applies.

RHS Valets will take all reasonable care while working on your vehicle using professional detailing equipment and safe cleaning methods. However, we cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or faults that occur during normal cleaning processes.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Loose trim, badges, or fittings
• Worn paint, lacquer peel, resprayed panels, or prior bodywork repairs
• Weak or failing clear coat
• Electrical faults or water-sensitive components
• Aged plastics, fabrics, or leather
• Stone chips, scratches, or fragile finishes
• Engine bay components with existing faults or corrosion

We use professional automotive-safe pressure washing equipment. If paint, lacquer, or trim fails during washing, this indicates pre-existing weakness or improper prior repair. RHS Valets cannot be held liable for failure of already compromised surfaces.

Vehicles with underlying issues may experience failure during cleaning that would have occurred regardless of our service. By proceeding, the client accepts this risk.

RHS Valets is not liable for personal belongings left inside the vehicle. Clients are advised to remove valuables prior to the appointment.

Any concerns must be raised within 24 hours of the service being completed
