Do you come to my location?
Yes, we are a fully mobile car detailing service! We come to your home, office, or any other convenient location to detail your vehicle.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured for your peace of mind. You can trust that your vehicle is in safe hands throughout the detailing process.
Do I need to be present during the service?
It’s not necessary for you to be present during the service. However, if you’d like to stay, you’re more than welcome to. We just need access to your vehicle and utilities.
Do you offer any discounts or loyalty programs?
Yes, we offer promotions and a loyalty program for repeat customers. Be sure to check our website for current offers or ask about upcoming discounts during your visit!
When do I pay for the service?
Payment is due at the time of service. You’ll receive an invoice immediately upon completion, and we accept various payment methods, including cash, card payments, and bank transfers.
What do I need to provide for the service?
As we are a mobile service, we require access to both water and electricity at your location to operate our equipment. Please ensure that these are available when we arrive.
What areas do you service?
We cover Herefordshire and the surrounding areas (Leominster, Ludlow, etc). If you’re unsure whether we can reach your location, feel free to contact us and we’ll let you know.
What if the weather is bad on the day of my appointment?
Light rain won’t stop us from working, but in cases of severe weather, we may need to reschedule. We’ll reach out to you in advance to confirm any changes.
What if I’m not satisfied with the service?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please let us know immediately, and we’ll make it right.
Will I receive an invoice for the service?
Yes, we provide detailed invoices for every service. You’ll receive an invoice via email once the service is completed, which includes a breakdown of the work done and the cost. (Please note we are not VAT registered.)
